Dazzle Kids Theatre was set up in 2004 in a small, damp Balham flat. The concept was to give young performers the skills and opportunities to act, sing, and dance. Since those humble beginnings we have worked with hundreds of children who have left us with a sense of confidence, lots of friends and the finer appreciation of ‘Box Steps’ and ‘Jazz Hands’. Some of our Dazzlers have carried on their theatre training and the rest have used the important life skills learnt at Dazzle in whatever walk of life they have found themselves in.
Each production is specially adapted to enable all children to have lots of lines to say and learn by being at the 'front', not just cheerleader/school child number 3 at the back.
We always have live music which could be as basic as one keyboard and drummer or up to a full pit band. In addition to this every production is professionally produced with full lighting and sound.
All staff hold up to date D.B.S certificates and are first aid trained.
